Who it's for
When to move to Cloud.
If your site slows down when traffic peaks, or if you run many sites, Cloud gives you resources nobody else uses.
Lots of traffic
Sites that get traffic spikes from campaigns, TV, newsletters or sales. With reserved CPU and RAM they don't slow down when many people arrive at once.
Online shops
WooCommerce and other e-commerce, where a slow page loses orders. Cart and checkout stay fast even with many customers.
Agencies
Dozens of client sites on a single machine, with a resource quota for each, so one heavy site doesn't slow the others.
Portals and news sites
Sites with many articles and many readers, that need caching, a CDN and a database that doesn't stall.
What's inside
A machine of your own, ready to go.
CPU and RAM that are only yours
No overbooking: what you buy is reserved for your machine and no other customer uses it.
Fast NVMe
An NVMe disk for files and database. Less waiting when WordPress reads and writes.
Dedicated IP
Your Cloud has its own address, useful for email, certificates and services that ask for a fixed IP.
The whole hosting panel
One-click WordPress, updates with automatic rollback, staging and WP-CLI, just like on hosting.
Email on your domain
Unlimited mailboxes with antispam and webmail, inside your machine.
Antimalware, firewall, CDN
File scanning, login-attempt blocking, SSL and the 8-node European CDN included.
Per-site quotas
Assign each site a share of CPU and RAM: a spike on one site doesn't penalise the others.
Staging, Git and SSH
Staging and WP-CLI are there. SSH access and Git repositories arrive before launch. coming soon
A person, in Italian
For WordPress, email and migration too, not just the server.
How it works
From order to site, in four steps.
Behind the scenes
How we run it.
A virtual server for each Cloud
Each Cloud runs in a virtual machine with reserved CPU and RAM. The panel and the sites live inside your machine, separate from other customers' machines.
High availability
If the physical server hosting your Cloud stops, the machine restarts on another server. Your site comes back online without you doing anything.
Backups and snapshots
Daily site copies and snapshots of the whole machine, kept on another server. You restore a single site or the entire Cloud.
Off-site copy
A copy of the backups also sits with a second provider, so you don't depend on a single data centre.
Cloud or hosting?
What's different between the two.
Features are the same. What changes is how you use resources.

FAQ
Cloud questions
Do prices include VAT?
Prices are shown excluding VAT. With the switch at the top of the site you can see them including VAT (22%). The exact VAT is calculated at checkout based on country and customer type: businesses and individuals.
How do I cancel?
From the client area, whenever you like. The service stays active until the end of the period already paid. Before cancelling download a copy of your site, and if you have a domain with us decide whether to keep it.
How often are backups made and how long are they kept?
Backups are daily, kept on a different server from your site, and you can take one on demand (on Grow and Geek). We write the retention period into the terms and on the Technology page before launch.
What's the difference between hosting and Cloud?
On shared hosting several sites use the same server, with a limit per site. On Cloud, CPU and RAM are reserved for you, with no overbooking. The panel's features are the same.
Can I add resources later?
Yes, you move to a larger plan whenever you like. Automatic scaling during peaks is coming soon.
Is there a minimum term on Cloud?
No. Cloud is billed monthly and you can change plan or cancel. It doesn't have the welcome price of the hosting plans.
Do I need to know how to run a server?
No. Cloud is managed: we handle updates, backups and security. When SSH access arrives, you can use it if you need it.
How much traffic is included in Cloud?
We set and publish the traffic limit per plan before launch. The CDN absorbs most requests for static files.
Need more power?
Compare Cloud with the others, or tell us about your site.
