How does the offer for people coming from SiteGround work?
We cover the months you have left on your SiteGround contract: up to 12 on Grow and Geek and up to 6 on Start. Our service starts right away, at no cost, and you begin paying when the free months end. The calculator on the dedicated page tells you how many.
What proof of the end date do I need to send?
A screenshot of your SiteGround panel or the invoice, showing the date your plan ends. No passwords or account access needed.
Do the free months stack with the first-year price?
No: the free months replace the welcome price. You start with the gifted months and then pay the renewal price, which is locked.
What if my SiteGround contract is monthly or ends soon?
The offer is meant for yearly or longer plans. If you only have a few months left, we cover those months: free migration applies in any case.
Do you refund what I paid SiteGround?
No. We don't refund what you paid another provider: instead we give you months of service with us. For any refund you need to contact SiteGround.
Can I use the offer more than once?
No, once per customer. If you cancel in the first 3 months, any remaining free months lapse.
