Refund
If it's not for you, you get your money back.
You have 30 days from your first purchase to change your mind. We refund the plan and help you move the site back. A free domain, if already registered, stays yours.

Locked price
The renewal is in the contract.
What you see is what you pay
Next to the first-year price you always find the renewal price. It doesn't change, and there's no increase after the first renewal.
If the price list changes
Existing customers keep their price. New prices only apply to new orders.
Automatic credit
If the service falls short, you see it on your invoice.
On the CDN we already calculate downtime every month and credit the penalty ourselves, without you asking. We want to do the same for hosting.
